Why Risk Management Matters More Than Entries
Most new traders obsess over entries. They want the perfect setup, the perfect signal. But entries are only a small part of the equation.
Risk management is what keeps you in the game. It's the difference between blowing an account and surviving long enough to become profitable.
I risk 1-2% per trade. No exceptions. This means even a string of 10 losses only draws down my account 10-20%. I can recover from that. You can't recover from 50%.
The best entry in the world is worthless if your position size is wrong. Focus on risk first, entries second.
