How I Built My Trading Journal

A trading journal is the single most important tool for any serious trader. It's where you stop guessing and start knowing what works, what doesn't, and why.

I built mine in Notion. It tracks every trade: entry, exit, risk-to-reward, emotions, and execution quality. But more importantly, it forces me to review and reflect.

The key insight? A journal isn't just a log. It's a feedback loop. Without it, you repeat the same mistakes. With it, you compound your lessons the same way you compound capital.

If you're not journaling your trades, you're leaving edge on the table.
